Overview

The Orange County office of Cox Castle is located at 3121 Michelson Drive (U.S. Bank building) in the Park Place project in Irvine, CA.  

Park Place is a mixed-use project with a retail shopping center, restaurants, offices, condominiums, apartments and a business class hotel, all conveniently located south of the intersection of the 405 freeway and Jamboree Road off Michelson Road. 

Parking/Directions

2 Hours Free ($20 daily maximum). Visitor parking is available in the parking structure immediately adjacent to our 3121 building and the LA Fitness health club (across from Park Place Retail Center). Visitors should take Jamboree Road to Michelson Drive (south) and enter Park Place by turning left at the first traffic light on Carlson south of Jamboree, bearing left once inside the project. The garage parking entrance is located on the right just past the first stop sign (new LA Fitness Health Club). The building entrance is accessible through the left of the garage entrance. Our office is located in Suite 200 (2nd floor).

Local Amenities

Park Place offers excellent amenities immediately adjacent to our offices. A signature LA Fitness health club and Mother’s Health Food Market are all located nearby. Restaurants include Houston’s, Ruth’s Chris, Panini Café, Wahoo’s, Starbucks and other venues. For visitors requiring overnight accommodations, options include the AC Hotel on Michelson Dr., Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel on MacArthur Blvd. and Hyatt Regency Irvine.
