Christopher Burt is a transactional attorney who focuses on land use law.  

Christopher specializes in land use and development, regulatory permitting and entitlements, California Environmental Quality Act review and compliance. Chris’ work involves counseling clients on entitlements and land use compliance, including navigating CEQA. He has significant experience navigating California Coastal Act issues, Public Trust compliance, and regulatory permitting.  He also advises on public contracting issues, telecommunications law, commercial leasing, and prevailing wage law.  He assists clients from project inception through implementation and regularly appears before state and local administrative bodies.

He received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, and his B.A. in History and Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
