Litigation Associate (Orange County)
Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP is seeking an associate with 2 - 3 years of general business and real estate litigation experience. The candidate must have experience in document collection and review, case organization, responding to discovery, and drafting pleadings, law and motion and other briefs. An excellent academic record and strong research and writing skills are required. Candidate should also have extensive knowledge of document management systems such as Relativity and Opus2.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $210,000 - $220,000, dependent upon experience and other relevant factors. This position is bonus eligible. Cox Castle also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Labor & Employment Associate (Los Angeles)
Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP is seeking an associate with 3 - 5 years of labor & employment experience. Cox Castle's labor & employment practice includes advice and counseling, labor & employment litigation, public works and prevailing wage law, traditional labor work, and ERISA plan and fiduciary counseling and litigation. Candidates must have strong management side employment law experience. Our ideal candidate will have traditional labor experience, although not required.
An excellent academic record and strong research and writing skills are required. The candidate must have experience in document collection and review, case organization, responding to discovery, and drafting pleadings and other briefs. Admission to the California Bar is required.

Land Use Associate (San Francisco)
Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP is seeking a land use associate with 3 - 5 years of experience to join our San Francisco office. Our ideal candidate will have focused experience in land use (project entitlements, administrative proceedings, and litigation), natural resource law, and CEQA/NEPA. Experience in renewable energy is a plus. Candidates with relevant transferable experience will also be considered.
Candidates must have strong academic credentials and solid foundational training. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key. Admission to the California Bar is required.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $220,000 - $260,000, dependent upon experience and other relevant factors. Cox Castle also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Real Estate Associate (Los Angeles)
Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP is seeking an associate with 5 - 7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience. Significant experience with joint ventures and borrower-side finance is required. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and solid foundational training. Admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $260,000 - $290,000, dependent upon experience and other relevant factors. This position is bonus eligible. Cox Castle also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
