Gabe Pitassi is a transactional attorney who has handled a broad range of commercial real estate transactions throughout his career.

His practice includes representing investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and owners of a variety of property types regarding an array of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, real estate secured financings, commercial leasing, and development.  Gabe’s experience extends to drafting and negotiating primary and ancillary documents related to these transactions, such as purchase and sale agreements, industrial and office leases, deeds of trust, promissory notes, and loan agreements.  Gabe has also conducted extensive title review and due diligence analysis for various property types and has been trusted with coordinating transaction logistics and closings.

Gabe previously worked at a private law firm representing municipalities and other public agencies. During law school, Gabe served as a board member of the Real Estate Law Association and an editor of the Journal of Environmental Law & Policy. He was also a recipient of the UCLA Masin Academic Excellence Award for his academic performance in Professional Responsibility.
