Overview

Paul’s practice consisted of both litigation and transactional matters.

He has represented large-scale property owners in litigation and dispute resolution relating to the operation and management of commercial, retail, and industrial property throughout the United States, including landlord-tenant disputes.  He has also represented property management companies and real estate brokers in disputes pertaining to the management of community associations and land sales. Paul also has experience in general commercial litigation matters, including prosecuting and defending breach of contract and unfair competition claims, as well as representing businesses and individuals in contested entity dissolutions. Paul’s transactional practice includes advising property owners on various leasing and tenant work-out matters, as well as other clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and other business affairs.
