Andy’s practice focuses on the leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of life science properties, retail properties, office properties, medical office properties, film and television media properties, and mixed-use properties. He has a proven track record of structuring, negotiating and executing complicated deal transactions for a wide variety of clients, including institutional investors, entrepreneurial individuals and entities, and institutional tenants. He also regularly represents landlords in the ongoing management of life science projects, retail shopping centers, and office projects.

Andy has represented numerous institutional landlords and institutional and non-institutional tenants in the leasing of millions of square feet of space, including one of the world’s largest e-commerce companies in over 2.5 million square feet of office space in the Pacific Northwest and elsewhere across the country – and he uses that unique perspective and broad experience to bring a balanced, common sense approach to transactions and to help find innovative and creative solutions for his clients.

Andy speaks and writes on a variety of life science, retail and office leasing topics and has guest lectured for graduate students at USC.
