Ashley Duell is an associate attorney who practices land use and transactional real estate law.
Ashley’s land use practice focuses on entitlements for a broad range of product types throughout California. She regularly conducts land use due diligence, engages with governmental agencies, and identifies innovative approaches to complex entitlement issues.
Ashley’s transactional real estate practice focuses on office, industrial, and retail leasing.
Prior to joining the firm, Ashley received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California Los Angeles, where she graduated summa cum laude, and her J.D. from the University of California Irvine School of Law in 2022.
Ashley received her real estate transaction certification from the Center for Real Estate, UCI Paul Merage School of Business in 2021.
