Ashley Duell is a transactional attorney who focuses on real property transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.

Prior to joining the firm, Ashley received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California Los Angeles, where she graduated summa cum laude, and her J.D. from the University of California Irvine School of Law in 2022.

Ashley received her real estate transaction certification from the Center for Real Estate, UCI Paul Merage School of Business in 2021.
