UPDATE #2
The California Secretary of State is Replacing Its Business Entity Filing System in April – Here’s How to Avoid Delays/Disruptions

Please note that the California Secretary of State has delayed the launch of its new business entity online system to April 7. This means that the eForms online filing system, LLC formations and corporation formations will remain offline until April 7. All other filings should expect delays due to backlogs and as the new system finds its footing. Please refer to our prior alert HERE.
