Overview

Annette is a transactional attorney whose practice centers on real property acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. She represents investors, developers, and lenders with a focus on clients from the Asia Pacific region. Her experience includes working on transactions which involve a variety of real properties, including office, hotel, retail, multi-family, and land for renewable energy projects.

Annette also leads mindfulness workshops for law firms, bar organizations, and leadership training programs including the State Bar of California and CORO Southern California.
