Overview
Vachelle Willis is the Chief Strategy and Development Officer at Cox Castle. With a focus on strategic growth, she is responsible for the execution of the firm’s strategic initiatives. Working closely with the firm’s leadership, she leads the advancement and alignment of firm projects and resources to support achievement of Cox Castle’s strategic plan goals. Vachelle directs all aspects of attorney recruitment, integration, and retention for Cox Castle. Additionally, she oversees the practice growth and business development initiatives of the firm.
Prior to her career transition to law firm administration, Vachelle was a practicing attorney representing employers for more than a decade.
