Overview

Vachelle Willis is the Director of Attorney Recruiting, Development, and Diversity Programs at Cox Castle. She is responsible for leading all aspects of attorney recruitment for Cox Castle, working closely with the firm’s leadership and Recruiting Committee to develop and execute recruiting strategies and goals. Overseeing the integration and development of Cox Castle’s attorneys, Vachelle directs the retention and professional development initiatives of the firm. In addition, she works closely with the firm’s Chief DEI Officer and DEI Committee to advance Cox Castle’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Prior to her career transition to legal recruiting, Vachelle was a practicing attorney representing employers for more than a decade.
