Overview

Timothy Tanner is an associate on the Firm’s Litigation team. Tim’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters, across various industries.

Tim counsels clients through all phases of litigation in both federal and state courts.  He has represented private and publicly held companies, handling business disputes, commercial contracts, employment, and real estate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Tim worked at a boutique litigation firm in Los Angeles specializing in complex civil litigation.

Tim earned his J.D. from  the Georgetown University Law Center in 2017.  While at Georgetown, Tim served as judicial law clerk in the United States Senate.  Tim also competed in Georgetown’s Iron Tech Lawyer Competition, in which law students designed applications that promote access to justice and legal resources.

Tim received his B.S., in Business Management, from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.
