Overview
Julie is responsible for title and survey for the firm's clients, a necessary aspect of all real estate transactions. She has an emphasis on renewable energy projects, but also covers the due diligence and management of closings, including acquisitions and sales of real estate assets, such as a five star resort development, affordable housing projects, office, hospitality, multi-family, industrial, retail, and mixed-use projects. She also handles the formation and perpetuation of business entities, including joint ventures, partnerships and corporations, as well as commercial leasing and financing.
