Advising Equity Investors And Sponsors
David advises equity investors, institutional investors, fund of funds, and commingled fund sponsors in various aspects of their investment analysis, fund formation, and separate managed accounts, including some of the largest institutional investors in the world. Smaller institutional investors, high-net worth individuals and fund of funds also seek David's insight and advice for their domestic and international investments opportunities. Due to David's extensive deal exposure in the real estate commingled fund arena over the past 20 years, he is able to bring an unmatched wealth of knowledge to his review, negotiation, and closing of equity investments on behalf of his diversified client base.
Representing Capital Providers In The Joint Venture
David works with equity providers in the negotiation of joint venture transactions as well as coinvestment opportunities with developers and real estate funds both domestically and internationally. He drafts and negotiates such documents as limited liability company agreements, limited partnership agreements, subscription documents, option agreements, and separate managed account agreements.
