Overview

Joshua Min is an associate on the firm’s Joint Venture Team. Josh’s practice is focused in the areas of real estate transactions and development.  He has experience with all facets of the commercial property industry, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, leasing and leading due diligence teams on large-scale portfolio transactions representing developers, commercial and residential property owners, and also commercial tenants. In addition, Josh has experience in municipal real estate transactions involving the federally subsidized development of affordable housing.

Josh earned his J.D. at UCLA School of Law. While at UCLA School of Law, Josh served as Staff Editor for the Journal of Environment Law and Policy, and served on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Law Association. He served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judge Wilma Guzman of the Supreme Court of New York, Bronx County.  

Prior to attending law school, Josh received his B.A. in Political Science and Political Theory from the University of California, San Diego.
