Overview
Lisa Tomita is the Executive Director at Cox Castle. She is responsible for managing the administrative and business operations of the firm, which include oversight and leadership for finance and accounting, human resources, information technology, practice support, and knowledge management services. She reports to Managing Partner Dwayne McKenzie and assists with the development and execution of long-term strategic plans and management initiatives. Lisa provides financial leadership for the firm, including financial planning and analysis, cash management, and partnership accounting.
Lisa joined Cox Castle in 2006 as the Controller and was promoted to Executive Director in 2016. Prior to joining Cox Castle, she was the Controller at an AmLaw 20 global law firm.
