Overview
Kiara Jackson practices in the area of commercial real estate finance. She specializes in representing a variety of lenders, including insurance companies, private lenders, and national and regional banks in connection with diverse real estate financing transactions. She also counsel's borrowers in connection with all of their financing needs.
Throughout the course of a transaction, Kiara is involved in drafting and negotiating loan documents. She also identifies and reviews a wide array of due diligence as well as coordinates transaction logistics and closings.
Kiara received her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law in 2024, a M.Ed. from University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2019, and a B.A. from University of Missouri in 2017.
