Overview

Kevin Dixon is the Director of Business Development and Marketing at Cox Castle where he oversees the firm’s marketing, business development, advertising, media relations, pursuits and proposals, and strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and programs. He works closely with firm leaders on the Management and Marketing Committees as well as practice and industry team leads to execute on a variety of strategic initiatives in support of the firm’s business objectives. Kevin serves as the primary liaison to several key business partners and service providers for the firm. He cares deeply about bridging the gap between marketing and business development and coaching attorneys on leveraging their authentic selves in their business development and client relationship goals. Kevin also oversees the growing Business Development & Marketing Department for the firm which includes evaluation of new marketing technologies, products, and services. He enjoys mentoring team members and facilitating introductions and connections in the industry.

Kevin has worked in a variety of regional, global, and practice/industry-specific business development and marketing roles at AmLaw 100 and 200 law firms. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the industry to his role at Cox Castle.
