Overview

Justin Scheuner is an associate on the Firm’s Joint Venture team. Justin’s practice focuses on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures and development. He is skilled at structuring, negotiating and documenting acquisitions and dispositions, title and survey matters and many other transactional issues likely to arise in complex real estate transactions. Justin also provides counsel to equity providers in negotiation and closing of land bank finance transactions for the acquisition of real estate assets throughout the U.S.

Justin earned his J.D. from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2019. While at Gould, Justin was a member of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal. He also served on the Executive Board of the Student Bar Association, and on the Executive Board of the Sports Law Society.

Prior to attending law school, Justin received his B.S. in Economics and Political Science from The Ohio State University. He also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judge Sheryl H. Lipman of the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
