Overview

William Ju practices in the area of commercial real estate finance and is an associate on the Capital Markets team. The Capital Markets team represents national and regional banks, insurance companies and private lenders, in connection with, real estate financing transactions.

William represents clients in real estate lending, acquisitions and dispositions of real property, corporate structuring, and leasing. His experience includes drafting loan documents and a variety of other commercial real estate transactional documents. He has also assisted in the review of title, survey and other due diligence items.

Before joining the firm, William served as a legal intern at Beijing IParagon Law Firm, assisting international companies with their cross-border transactions in China. He conducted legal research and briefed relevant Chinese and U.S. cases and provided legal translation from Mandarin to English.

While at UCLA School of Law, he was a research assistant for Professor Alex Wang and volunteered at the El Centro Legal, Veterans’ Clinic. William served as a representative for the Asian Pacific Islander Law Student Association. William received both his LL.B. and Bachelor of Business Administration from Renmin University of China (RUC) School of Law and School of Business in 2016.
