Overview
Jesse Bell is the Director of Operations, Facilities, and Records at Cox Castle. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day functions of the office services, records, reception, and facilities maintenance areas across all of Cox Castle’s offices. Reporting directly to Cox Castle’s Executive Director Lisa Tomita, he is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize operational processes, improve facilities management, and streamline record-keeping procedures to help ensure all processes are run efficiently and effectively. Jesse also has extensive experience with office buildouts as well as facilitating office moves.
Jesse joined Cox Castle in 2012 as the Facilities Manager and was promoted to Director to oversee both the Facilities and Records Departments in 2016. Prior to joining Cox Castle, he was Head of Facilities Management for two Los Angeles-based global law firms.
