Overview
Dianita Young is the Manager of Overflow Resources and Secretarial Support at Cox Castle. In her role she oversees the secretarial, word processing, and project assistant staff in both the Los Angeles and Orange County offices. Dianita works to ensure that all timekeepers are supported by the administrative staff. She closely monitors their day-to-day activities and helps manage their workloads. She reports to Cox Castle’s Executive Director Lisa Tomita, and assists with various projects, including testing new software, developing training protocols for the secretarial staff on new applications, as well as assisting in any administrative task when needed.
Dianita started her law firm career as a word processor before joining Cox Castle in 1999 as the Supervisor of Overflow Resources.
