Sydney Desai is a transactional attorney who specializes in commercial real estate finance. She is an attorney on the Firm’s Capital Markets team.

Sydney’s practice focuses on aspects included in the initial structuring and closing of finance transactions, loan administration, workouts, and loan restructures.

She received her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Business from University of California, San Diego, and her J.D from UCLA School of Law in 2021.

While at UCLA School of Law, Sydney was a member of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs, and she was on Moot Court Honors Board.
