Dennis is an experienced construction attorney with over three decades of experience focusing on complex construction claims and disputes.
Dennis has experience handling construction claims including delay and impact claims, contract and change order disputes, and mechanic’s lien claims. This includes experience representing project owners, real estate developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals on public works and private development projects. He handles disputes involving almost all types of building components and systems, including soils/geotechnical, concrete, structural steel, roofing, EIFS, curtain wall, plumbing, and electrical systems. Dennis is licensed in California, Washington, and Nevada, and has handled matters in several western states, in New York, and in Washington, D.C.
Dennis regularly advises and assists construction industry clients with drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, including drafting and negotiating contract provisions addressing risk management and risk transfer.

Represented design-build contractor asserting claims against municipality arising out of termination of municipal light rail project;
