Overview
Connor Kratz focuses on land use, natural resources, and environmental law matters among various industries in connection with real estate development, infrastructure, and renewable energy.
He negotiates and secures land use approvals and entitlements under federal, state, and local laws related to real estate and natural resource issues in California. Connor advises clients at all stages of development and across sectors, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and renewable energy projects. He counsels clients with a pragmatic and diligent approach to permitting and entitlements that ensures an efficient path from inception to project completion. He also defends land use approvals and environmental reviews challenged in litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Connor received his J.D. degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. While at Georgetown Law, he clerked at the United States Senate and District of Columbia Office of Planning, in addition to receiving the CALI Award for his studies in Land Use Law. Prior to attending law school, Connor received his B.A., with high honors, in Political Science and Sociology from Boston College and interned at the Boston Municipal Court under the Honorable Michael J. Coyne.
