Overview
Collin is an associate on the Institutional Investor Team.
His practice focuses on representing public pension funds and other institutional investors in real estate joint ventures, commingled funds and related transactional matters. He also has experience representing owners, developers, and lenders in complex real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financings.
Prior to joining Cox, Castle & Nicholson, Collin worked at a Los Angeles firm advising clients on private mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Collin graduated from Tulane University with a B.S. in management, and subsequently earned his J.D. and Business Law Certificate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
