Chelsea Chilman is a transactional attorney in the Los Angeles office. Chelsea’s practice focuses on complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures. Chelsea represents investors and developers in various industries including health care, senior housing, hospitality and industrial.

Chelsea is skilled at structuring and documenting purchase and sale agreements for developed and undeveloped commercial and mixed-used properties and conducting due diligence for various real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Cox Castle, Chelsea’s practice focused on advising clients in the hospitality industry on various regulatory and legal matters related to permits and licensing. Chelsea has extensive experience in assisting clients with the California liquor license transfer process.

Chelsea received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law in May 2018, and her B.S., summa cum laude, in economics with a minor in law and society from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in June 2015.
