Overview
Ayako Hagihara is the Director of Finance at Cox Castle and is responsible for the firm’s finance and accounting operations, including treasury management, payroll, billing and cash receipts, and accounts payable. Reporting to Cox Castle’s Executive Director Lisa Tomita, Ayako coordinates the partnership and tax accounting and reporting functions for the firm, as well as retirement plan administration and financial systems management. Prior to joining Cox Castle, she held financial leadership positions in the entertainment and nonprofit industries, as well as at an AmLaw 20 global law firm.
Ayako holds a Master’s in Business in Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and graduated magna cum laude from University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, International Area Studies.
