The International Who's Who of Real Estate Lawyers 2009

Ira Waldman, a partner in the Firm's Los Angeles office, was listed in the International Who’s Who of Real Estate Lawyers 2009 publication.  

Mr. Waldman was honored as one of the “Most Highly Regarded Individuals” of which only eleven attorneys worldwide were selected for inclusion this year. Mr. Waldman was acknowledged as "one of the most knowledgeable and experienced in the region" and commended for his work in real estate finance law.

Waldman is highly regarded in the real estate and legal communities for his representation of lenders and developers in all facets of real estate and commercial law, including finance, secured lender remedies, ownership entity formation, property disposition, acquisition and development, leasing activities and workouts.

In addition, Mr. Waldman co-authored the article "Weathering the Perfect Real Estate Storm" published in the International Who' Who of Real Estate Lawyers 2009 issue.
