Cox, Castle & Nicholson partner, Ofer Elitzur, was featured in Real Estate Forum's, "Solving the Enigma of Affordable Housing Development" for the September 2016 issue. In this issue, the topic was the complex dynamic between the need for affordable housing in California metro areas and the costs associated with them.

Ofer is quoted saying, "From the cost of land and building materials, to the time and expense of the entitlement process, it simply costs a lot of money to get a project approved and built."
