Investors Buy Garden Grove Complex for $53 million

In its Real Estate Movers and Dealmakers column, the Daily Journal reported on February 10, 2011 that Phoenix Realty Group and MG Properties Group purchased a 402-unit apartment complex in Garden Grove for low-income residents. Matthew Levy and Matthew Wyman of Cox Castle & Nicholson represented Phoenix.
