Flexibility is Key for Modern End User

David Wensley, a partner at the firm, recently led the discussion for a RealShare Orange County End User Panel, the subject of a GlobeSt.com article published on Aug. 20, 2012. According to the article, the forum was produced by ALM's Real Estate Media Group, attracted more than 600 attendees and discussed what corporate tenants look for in real estate.

The article noted that flexibility is most important for corporate tenants, but that they also want smaller private offices and square footage per employees as well as more collaborative work areas. The panelists also addressed technology and how it impacts space needs.
