Cox Castle Nicholson Appoints Elizabeth Willes to Real Estate Joint Venture Team
Los Angeles – (September 11, 2014) – Cox Castle Nicholson (Cox Castle) today announced the hiring of Elizabeth Willes as senior counsel in the firm’s real estate joint venture practice area. Based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, Willes brings more than 18 years of legal experience with an emphasis on joint venture real estate investment in commercial, retail and industrial properties.

Willes has represented real estate investors in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing of commercial, retail and industrial properties. In addition, Willes focuses on structuring equity relationships in all types of joint ventures, including partnerships, limited liability companies and tenancies-in-common, with a focus on developer representations.
