Chinese Flock To California To Acquire Real Estate

On October 7, 2013, Los Angeles partner Gregory Karns was quoted in an article in the South China Morning Post, discussing a recent trend of mainland Chinese companies and individuals ramping up purchases of property in California.

Mr. Karns noted that “These Chinese groups see a flattening of their [domestic] market, and are looking to the US and California for great returns.”
