Congratulations to Partners Cathy Moses and Tyler Dockins for being named OC Visionaries 2024 by the Los Angeles Times.

Cathy was recognized for her strong track record in partnership disputes, breach of contract, business torts and real estate issues, and notable successes for clients in high-stakes matters. Cathy is actively involved in the Constitutional Rights Foundation, Orange County Bar Association and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, and volunteers pro bono with Community Legal Aid SoCal. 

Tyler was recognized for his extensive expertise in representing owners, developers and contractors. With a track record of negotiating and drafting billions of dollars in construction and design agreements, he handles a diverse array of projects, including multifamily, condominium, hotel, industrial, retail, office, data center and senior living facilities. Tyler’s experience spans a wide range of agreements, including preconstruction, lump sum, guaranteed maximum price, design-build and modular construction agreements.
