Troubled Times Ahead? The Impact of Bankruptcy on Commercial Real Estate

John Matthew Trott will be a panelist in the session discussing the various ways that bankruptcy can affect real estate owned or leased by the debtor.   Specifically, the panel will discuss the application of the automatic stay and how it affects enforcement efforts, assumption and assignment or rejection of leases, shopping center lease rules, Section 363 sales, and rules in single asset cases.
