Clark Morrison and Anne Mudge will lead the discussion in the session "State Climate Change Intiatives" at this two day conference focusing on Land Use law in Northern California and information on overcoming regulatory and economic challenges.

Clark Morrison, who is the Program Co-Chair for this conference, will discuss the brave new world of SB 375;  provide an overview of AB 32; and required actions by state agencies and local government.

Anne Mudge will lead the discussion on standards for evaluating climate change impacts under CEQA and review of recent case law.
