Clark Morrison, who is the Program Co-Chair for this conference, will discuss the brave new world of SB 375;  provide an overview of AB 32; and required actions by state agencies and local government.

Anne Mudge will lead the discussion on standards for evaluating climate change impacts under CEQA and review of recent case law.
