Reducing Risk: A New Risk Management Model For Builders and Subcontractors

Jeff Masters, a partner in the Construction and Risk Management practice group, will participate as a speaker at the West Coast Causality Construction Defect Seminar. Approximately 1800 attendees will come from 27 U.S. states and several foreign countries to hear about the views on emerging issues of construction defects. Topics include prosecution, defense, coverage as well as new technologies and methods of dealing with construction defect related matters.
