Phil Nicholson, one of our founding partners, will receive the Ira Yellin Lifetime Achievement Award and Dennis Wu, a Cox, Castle & Nicholson senior associate, will be awarded LACBA’s Real Property Section’s Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year.
