LACBA's A Primer on Rent Control, Housing/Land Use, and Affordable Housing Issues in California

Alex DeGood will be speaking at LACBA's "A Primer on Rent Control, Housing/Land Use, and Affordable Housing Issues in California". This program will generally focus on rent control, broader housing and land use issues, and affordable housing.  It will also include a discussion of the Rental Affordability Act which was just cleared by the California Secretary of State’s Office to start collecting signatures in order to qualify for placement on the ballot as a Proposition, and AB 1482, a measure that would apply statewide, except in those jurisdictions which already have rent control. 

This event will take place on December 3rd, 2019 at The Los Angeles County Bar Association in Los Angeles, CA.
