LACBA Allocation of Risk in Springing Guarantees: "Market", Myths and Governing Legal Principles

Erik North will be moderating a panel presented by LACBA Real Estate Finance Subsection entitled "Allocation of Risk in Springing Guaranties: “Market”, Myths and Governing Legal Principles". Adam Weissburg will also be a speaker on this panel. The panel will include both "Borrower" and "Lender" counsel will discuss what is or isn't a recourse carve-out and whether such items should be "above or below the line", with a discussion of the impact of legal principles in considering such risk allocation.
