  • R. Clark Morrison is serving as Program Co-Chair for this event. On September 23rd he will moderate the session “Renewable Energy Development in California – When Where and How.” On September 24th he will participate in the session “ High Speed Rail – Implications on Infrastructures and Growth Patters in California.”
  • Sarah Owsowitz will participate in the session “ Green house Gases and Climate Change – Local and Regional Regulations You Need to Know” on September 23rd.
  • Anne Mudge will participate in the session  “Renewable Energy Development in California – When Where and How” on September 23rd. 
  • Stephen Ryan will participate in the session “Affordable Housing – In Lieu Fees and Inclusionary Rental Housing Post Patterson and Palmer” on September 24th.
