Sandra Stewart and Susan Davis will participate as speakers in the National Association's Home Builder Audio Seminar taking place on December 9, 2008 at 2pm - 3 pm (ET).

The seminar will discuss best business practices for survival in times of economic troubles, including marketing considerations, investments, cash reserves, credit lines, collection of accounts, dealing with insolvency, and bankruptcy. Included will be an overview of what legal professionals are currently seeing in terms of risk management, and litigation.
