Scott Birkey will be co-chairing the conference, as well as speaking on the panel titled "Where are the Feds Going with the Clean Water Act?" Stanley Lamport will be speaking on the panel titled "Coastal Property Challenges: Desirable Real Estate and Rising Tides".
