Multiple Phased Construction Contracts for Corporate Headquarters Campus
Represented national retail company in connection with the development of its new corporate headquarters campus project in Southern California. Cox Castle negotiated and developed the multiple phased construction contracts for the project, which includes office buildings, research and development facilities, as well as showroom and marketing facilities, and involved the coordinated development of multiple adjoining parcels crossing jurisdictional lines.

Construction Contract for Estate Homes Development
Represented developer in connection with the construction of 73 estate homes, a clubhouse, and an equestrian center. Cox Castle negotiated and prepared the construction contract for Phase 1 infrastructure improvements for the project with the general contractor.

Construction Contracts for Hotel Redevelopment in Los Angeles
Represented developer in connection with the redevelopment and comprehensive renovation of an existing hotel in Los Angeles. Cox Castle negotiated and prepared the multiple-phased construction contracts.

Represented homebuilder before the Department of Industrial Relations in various project determination and administrative appeals determining application and interpretation of California Prevailing Wage Law to its construction projects.

Represented developer with respect to project structuring to address Prevailing Wage Law issues on a myriad of development projects, including affordable housing, master-planned communities, commercial, retail, and multifamily projects.

Construction and Design Contracts for New NFL Chargers Stadium
Represented developer in connection with the construction of a new NFL Chargers Football training facility in California. Cox Castle negotiated and developed the construction and design contracts for the state-of-the-art performance center which will offer office space for the players, coaches, and staff, as well as three natural grass fields.

Phased Construction and Design Contracts for Medical Office Park Project
Represented developer in connection with the construction of a medical office park project, including two medical office buildings, a parking structure, and associated facilities in California. Cox Castle negotiated and developed the phased construction and design contracts. This project involved a multitude of complex contracting approaches, including a design-build parking structure, as well as separately contracted architect and contractor arrangements for the medical office buildings.
